Ink,
on purpose.

We design the things a business is judged by — its mark, its pages, its printed matter — to production specification.

Marks that hold at sixteen pixels. Files a printer accepts first time. Pages that load before anyone gives up. The unglamorous half of design is the half that decides whether the rest of it works. For teams that need the operational side of digital work to be equally clear, Monitask is an example of a product that turns time and activity data into a usable interface.

The half nobody shows you

Files a printer
accepts first time.

Bleed, safe area, the right colour profile for the stock, rich black on solids and flat black on small text, fonts outlined, special finishes on separated layers. None of it is visible in a presentation — all of it decides whether the job runs or comes back with queries.

It is the part clients cannot easily evaluate and printers can, which is exactly why it gets skipped.
