Work we produce for clients

Ownership transfers to you on final payment. Once a project is paid in full, all rights in the final approved deliverables become yours, unless your project agreement says otherwise in writing.

You receive editable source files, not only exports, so the work can be continued by anyone you choose.

Third-party materials are separate. Fonts, stock imagery, and commissioned illustration used in your project remain governed by their own licences, which cover specific uses, territories, and durations. We document what is licensed and on what terms. Extending use beyond those terms — for example, applying cover artwork to merchandise — may require a further licence.

Preliminary work stays with us. Concepts and directions you did not select remain our property and may be developed for other purposes, provided nothing confidential to you is disclosed.

Portfolio. We may show completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to. Confidentiality requirements and embargo periods are honoured.

See also our Terms and Conditions.

Content you submit to us

You own it. Logos, text, images, and materials you supply for a project remain yours.

You warrant you have the rights. By submitting materials you confirm you are entitled to use them and to allow us to use them for your project, and that doing so does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Limited licence to us. You grant us permission to use, reproduce, and adapt your materials as necessary to carry out the work you have commissioned, and — subject to the portfolio provision above — to display the finished result.
