Pixel Forge is committed to your satisfaction. We strive to provide you with unmatchable services to meet your unique needs. However, we are mindful of the fact that sometimes things do not go as planned, and that is why we are here to resolve any problem fairly.

General Conditions

  1. Pixel Forge shall have the right to exercise prudence in refund issues.
  2. Refund requests shall be submitted in writing via email to refund@pixfor.com 
  3. Pixel Forge shall appraise and respond to your refund request within 15 business days.

Eligibility for Refund

  1. Web design and development: Refund shall be issued only if the project has not entered the development stage. A partial refund shall be issued in the design stage based on the work completed.
  2. Logo and graphic design: Refund request shall be made within 7 days of the initial concept delivery. No refund shall be issued if significant revisions have been made.
  3. Content writing: A refund shall be issued if the content has not been delivered to the client. A prorated refund shall be issued if partial content has been delivered. The refund shall be issued based on the work completed.
  4. SEO and digital marketing: Refund shall not be issued if the campaign has started. SEO and digital marketing services shall be billed depending on the invested time and resources.

Non-Refundable Services

  1. Consultation fees: Consultation services fees are non-refundable. No refund issue shall be accepted for consultation services.
  2. Maintenance: Fees for maintenance services are non-refundable. Once the service period has started, a refund issue request shall not be made.

Process for requesting a refund

Please follow the below-mentioned procedure for requesting a refund:

  1. Submit a refund request in writing via email to refund@pixfor.com. Do not forget to attach order details, the reason for the refund request and any other supporting documents.
  2. Our refund management team will appraise your refund request and contact you for additional clarification.
  3. We shall send you an email notification of our decisions within 15 business days of submitting your refund request. In case of approval, the refund shall be issued within 7-10 business days for the approval.
  4. Refund shall be issued to the payment method used at the time of service purchase. In case the payment method is not available you shall be responsible for arranging an alternative method acceptable to our payment system.
